Abstract


This research aims to obtain information about the mapping of personnel implementing administrative affairs in vocational schools throughout Padang. This type of research is descriptive and also includes population research. The population of this study is the staff of administrative staff in the city of Padang with a total of 24 people. This research instrument uses a Likert scale model questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the mapping of personnel implementing administrative affairs in vocational high schools throughout Padang in terms of academic achievement is in the quite appropriate category with an achievement level of 73.94%. 2) the mapping of personnel implementing administrative affairs in vocational schools throughout Padang in terms of education and training is in the category quite right with an achievement level of 75.85%. 3) the mapping of personnel implementing administrative affairs in vocational schools throughout Padang in terms of employee interest in working in the category quite precisely with an achievement level of 79.94%. 4) the mapping of personnel implementing administrative affairs in vocational schools throughout Padang in terms of work skills are in the category quite right with an achievement level of 79.30%.
