Abstract


The purpose of this research is to see the work commitment employee Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Pariaman. The population of research was 55 people. The number of samples of research was 55 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire in the form Likert Scale which five choices of answer that has been tested for validity and reliability using the SPSS 16.0 version. Based on the research The results showed that (1) employee identification was in the sufficient category with an average score of 3.85 and an achievement rate of 76.91%, (2) employee pride was in the good category with an average score of 4.06 and an achievement level of 81,23%, (3) employee trust is in the sufficient category with an average score of 3.95 and an achievement level score of 78.98%, (4) employee loyalty is in the good category with an average score of 4.10 and the level achievements of 81.91%, (5) employee pride is in the good category with an average score of 4.07 with an achievement rate of 81.36%. Overall work commitment of the Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraha Kota Pariaman is in the good category with an average score of 4.00 and an achievement rate of 80.08%.
