Abstract

Libraries are an important part of educational institutions because libraries provide various collections that can be used by students to support the learning process. School libraries can help students get used to finding information and help students clarify and expand their solutions to the subjects they study in the classroom. The use of the school library will appear if it really helps students in achieving the objectives of the teaching and learning process at school. The indication of the use of libraries by students is not only in the form of achievements but students can search, find, filter and assess information themselves. Many factors influence students who want to visit or study in the library. These factors include internal factors that originate from within the learner in the form of motivation and interest in reading. While external factors originating from outside of the students include: library materials / library collections, library management (librarians), curriculum, library services, library rooms, library equipment and teachers.
