Abstract


ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to improve the result of student’s learning by using Lectora Inspire applications on subjects of System Control in SMK Negeri 5 Padang. Lectora Inspire can be used for multimedia learning, and the application can help teachers create learning evaluation due to facilities to make such as multiple choice questions, essay, and others. This type of research was quasi experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The study was conducted on the students of class XI L1 as many as 26 students. The research instruments used to collect data on student learning outcomes is the multiple choice test as many as 30 questions. Data analysis technique was using the Gain Score. The results of this research showed that: the using of multimedia learning can improve  the  student  learning  outcomes. It can be seem from the results of posttest value is 76,3, it is higher than pretest value (64,2). The average improvement of student learning outcomes is 0.37, and it categorized in medium level.
