Abstract


This research describes the differences in psychomotor learning outcomes of students using project based learning model with drill and practice learning model in training eye Installing Electric Lighting Installation Simple Building at SMK Negeri 2 Lubuk Basung . Types include quasi experimental research , the research subjects of class X students of SMK Negeri 2 TKL Lubuk Basung of the school year 2012/2013. Class X TKL A class of 16 people as experiments and X TKL B amounted to 15 people as a control class . It is shown from the results of psychomotor learning students use project based learning model has an average value of 82.5 and learning outcomes of students who use drill and practice learning model has an average  value of 76.9 . The results of this study indicate that there are differences in psychomotor learning outcomes of students using project based learning model with drill and practice learning model in training eye MILPBS Installing Electric Lighting Installation Simple Building in SMK Negeri 2 Lubuk basung . Where project -based learning is better than learning drill and practice .
