Abstract


The research carried out aims to describe the value of character education contained in the book Hikayat Depati Parbo by Rini F. Hauri. This research contributes to the formation of individual character to develop the attitudes, behavior and values needed to become good and useful members of society. This research includes qualitative research with qualitative research data, namely the value of character education which is presented in the form of words, sentences/dialogue quotes which contain the value of character education, which is obtained through literature study techniques. The data source in this research is the book Hikayat Depati Parbo written by Rini F. Hauri.
