Abstract
The rapid development of digital technology requires teachers to provide innovative learning resources that accommodate students' diverse learning needs. This study aimed to develop a Canva-based electronic module (e-module) for differentiated learning in Civic Education (PPKn) at the elementary school level and to determine its validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The research employed a Research and Development approach using the ADDIE model, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, and learning outcome assessments. The instruments were reviewed by material, media, and language experts before implementation. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive quantitative techniques. The results indicated that the developed e-module met the criteria of validity based on expert evaluations, demonstrated high practicality according to teacher and student responses, and effectively supported student learning outcomes and engagement during differentiated instruction. The integration of interactive multimedia elements, visual design, and flexible access through digital devices enhanced students' learning experiences and motivation. Therefore, the Canva-based e-module can serve as an effective and innovative learning resource to support differentiated Civic Education learning in elementary schools while promoting student independence and active participation in the learning process.
