Abstract
This research aims to develop and assess the validity and practicality of a video-based learning media using the CapCut application for teaching the "History of the Formulation of Pancasila" in Grade IV of elementary school. The research adopts the ADDIE development model, which includes five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data were collected using validation sheets and practicality questionnaires. The validity of the media was evaluated by experts in subject content, language, and media, while its practicality was assessed through questionnaire responses from teachers and students during the trial phase in two elementary schools. The results show that the developed video learning media is highly valid (90.51%) and very practical (94.6%), indicating its effectiveness in improving students’ understanding and engagement. These findings demonstrate that the integration of CapCut-based video media into classroom learning can enhance the quality of Pancasila education at the elementary level
