Abstract


In this research, there were problems obtained from the results of observations carried out at SD Negeri 1 Banaranwetan, Nganjuk Regency, with class V students experiencing problems, namely teaching and learning activities using less varied learning resources, namely only BSE books and LKS. The learning media used is only PowerPoint. The teacher uses the lecture method. Students are passive in the learning process. The aim of this research is to determine the validity, practicality and effectiveness of SIPASIA media in improving science learning outcomes. The method used is R&D with the ADDIE model. The subjects were teachers and students of class V. Data were collected using validator assessment sheets, SIPASIA media assessment questionnaires and evaluation test questions. SIPASIA Media obtained media validator results of 97% and material validator results of 91%. The results of the practicality and acquisition of the questionnaire from teachers were 98% and the results of the student questionnaire were 96%. The results of effectiveness through limited evaluation test questions got an average score of 85 and extensive tests got an average score of 90. SIPASIA media was declared valid, practical, and effective in improving science learning outcomes
