Abstract
Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh komitmen guru terhadap keterlibatan guru; (2) menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh efikasi guru terhadap keterlibatan guru; Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru SMK Bhina Tunas Bhakti Juwana, sebanyak 105 orang. Semua populasi dijadikan sampel (metode sensus). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari responden melalui kuesionair dengan menggunakan aplikasi google form Analisis data menggunakan model regresi. Temuan penelitian adalah (1) komitmen guru berpengaruh positif terhadap keterlibatan guru; (2) efikasi guru berpengaruh positif terhadap keterlibatan guru. Implikasi manajerial hasil temuan adalah pihak pimpinan sekolah dalam merekrut guru perlu menilai aspek kepemlikan komitmen dan efikasi diri dari calon guru.dan implikasi teoritik memberikan sumbangan penguatan teoritik di bidang manajemen sumberdaya manusia pendidikan, bahwa komitmen guru dan efikasi guru sebagai prediktor keterlibatan guru.
