HUBUNGAN HAMBATAN-HAMBATAN YANG DIHADAPI SISWA DALAM PELAKSANAAN PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI DI SMKNEGERI 1 PADANG

Abstract

Prakerin is an form management of education which systematically and synchronize to alliing  between education program in school with activity of domination of obtained membership through direct job is world of is effort / industrial world ( DU / DI ). Policy of prakerin will be executed better if is same activity between world and school of is effort / industry have intertwined is optimal. This cooperation take place in course of learning to teach to start from planning process, until phase evaluate result learn.

This Research method have the character of descriptively, that is aim to know an symptom at the time of research conducted. This Research Subyek  is student of TDTL SMK Country 1 Field which  is  Industrial Praktik Job telah menyelesaikan which amount to 32 people. Instrument which is used in this research is enquette ( kuesioner) concerning resistances in execution of Prakerin. To test enquette validity used by Correlation technique of Product moment From result of correlation analysis between  resistances execution of Prakerin with result learn Prakerin obtained by  value of r hitung equal to 0,482dan value of t count > t of is tables of ( 3,434> 2,042), hence Ho refused, its meaning there are link which is signifikan  between  resistances of Prakerin with result of student learn Prakerin of TDTL SMK Country 1 Field . Result of analysis indicate that resistances in execution of Prakerin give link which  is signifikan to result learn Prakerin equal to 23%.
