Lack of media development and teaching materials in schools causing learning to be less attractive. As a result of student learning outcomes to be low. To overcome these problems required the creativity of teachers in improving student motivation, one of them using the devices and media that are varied and interesting. E-learning is learning by using the services of the help of electronic devices, especially computers and the internet. This research aims to produce e-learning modules are valid, practical and effective in subjects Analyze Circuit for vocational students. This research is the development of the use of 4D models, namely define, design, development and deployment. However, in this study the deployment phase is not done. E-learning modules developed are validated by a validator 5 2 3 lecturers and vocational teachers. Test performed by the practicalities of 2 teachers and 21 students. The subjects were students of class X TITL. From the research results generated e-learning modules are developed to analyze electrical circuits fabricated using Learning Management System with Moodle software version 2.4.2. with the validity of the module is 85.17% with a valid criteria. Value practicalities of e-learning modules by 88.86% teachers with practical criteria. Practicalities value by 91.07% students with highly practical criteria. Effective e-learning modules used in MRL learning in class X SMK Electricity Engineering Department which is characterized by an increase in student learning outcomes with the following before using the e-learning modules.
