PENERAPAN MODEL PENGAJARAN LANGSUNG UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MENGOPERASIKAN SISTEM KENDALI ELEKTRONIK DI SMK NEGERI 2 PAYAKUMBUH
Abstract
This research is aimed to reveal the improvement of student’s result learning in applying direct learning model on the subject of Mengoperasikan Sistem Kendali Elektronik (MSKE). Subject of this research was grade X students of TOI SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh during second semester teaching of 2012/ 2013, that involved 23 students.
The data was collected from the result of examination studies which consist of 10 essay questions. It was normally test (with Chi Square) applied to determine the data was normally distributed on significant level α = 0.05. The result of pretest and posttest showed that the data indeed normally distributed.
The average value of pretest, drawn from the data analyses, was 63.76 with totally percentage 39.14%. Average value of posttest was 79.93 with totally percentage 82.61%. Based on these analyses, we find out that Normalized Gain was 0.465 which medium category. So that, it can be summaries that there was improvement of student’s result study in MSKE subject with Base Competence (Kompetensi Dasar): using SCR to control direct current and using triac to control alternating current.
