PENGARUH PENDEKATAN CTL TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR OPERASI HITUNG CAMPURAN BILANGAN BULAT DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of contextual teaching and learning  approach to Learning Outcomes of the Operation of Calculating Round Numbers in in primary schools. The research type is quasi experiment with nonequivalent control group design. The sample of research is students of class VB and VC SDN 23 Marapalam city of Padang. Sampling using purporsive sampling technique. The instrument used is an objective test in the form of multiple choice. Data analysis technique using t-test. The result of research shows that there is influence of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach to Calculating Operations of Round Numbers learning outcomes in primary school. Evident from the acquisition of tcount (3.04)> ttable (1.99). This shows the Calculating Operations of Round Numbers learning outcomes result of the two classes differ significantly. The average posttest of the experimental class applying the learning approach of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) is 81.03 higher than the control class that apply conventional learning that is 71,62.
