PENGARUH MODEL KOOPERATIF TIPE THINK PAIR SHARE TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN TEMATIK SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cooperative model type Think Pair Share (TPS) on 4th grade student learning outcomes in Elementary School (SD) on tema 2, subtema 1. The research method used was quasi-experimental design with pretest posttest control group design type . This research was conducted at SDN 04 Simalanggang, Kab. 50 Kota. The sampling technique was carried out using simple random sampling technique. Where there are two research samples, namely the control class and the experimental class, each class consists of 24 students. The instrument used in the form of tests and non-tests. The results showed that there was an effect of the TPS type cooperative model on the learning outcomes of grade IV theme 2 students, subtheme 1. This was evidenced by the results of the t-test with a significance level of 0.05 obtained t count> t table (2.87801> 2.01290). Learning outcomes obtained by the experimental class are higher than the control class, shown from the average experimental class of 82.38 and the control class average of 76.79.
