Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the form, function, and meaning of the Terawang pandan woven lining in Koto Dian Village, Hamparan Rawang District, Sungai Penuh City. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The data needed in this study are primary and secondary data in the form of interviews and documentation. The research instruments were observation, interview, and documentation. The results of the study found that there are two forms of Terawang Lapik pandan woven products with different uses, firstly plain as a functional object, and Lapik Terawang as a decorative object, social, and natural beauty.
