Abstract
Abstract: Effectiveness of be good teacher on inclusive training to increase identification ability children with special needed. This study is a quasy experiment researchwith design one group pretest-posttest design whichdetermineto know effectiveness be good teacher on inclusive training to increase identification ability children with special needed on inclusive school’s teachers. Subjects were 11 teachers of inclusive school at Kota Padang, whereas subjects were taken by purposive sampling technique. Result byhypothesis test show siginificant gain with value of Z = 2,98 and value Sig = 0.003 (Sig < 0,05), so this proves that training be good teacher on inclusive effective to increase identification ability children with special needed on inclusive school’s teachers.

Abstrak: Efektivitas pelatihan be good teacher on inclusive dalam meningkatkan kemampuan identifikasi ABK. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan be good teacher on inclusive dalam meningkatkan kemampuan identifikasi anak berkebutuhan khusus pada guru di sekolah inklusi.Subjek penelitian berjumlah 11 orang guru sekolah inklusi di Kota Padang, dimana pengambilan subjek menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan hasil yang signifikan dengan nilai Z = 2,98 dan nilai Sig = 0,003 (Sig < 0,05), sehingga ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan be good teacher on inclusiveefektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan identifikasi anak berkebutuhan khusus pada guru di sekolah inklusi.
