Abstract
In the era of increasingly sophisticated technological and information development, the Cultural Heritage Museum must be able to innovate in increasing digitalization so that its services are increasingly relevant to current needs. Fort Vredeburg Museum Yogyakarta seeks to support the improvement of archive implementation implemented by the Ministry of Education and Culture and Technology through the Digital Arip Management (MAD) website. With the uploader of all digital assets through MAD, the container was built as a preventive measure to manage and maintain the existence of data assets. The research method used is qualitative with a triangulation approach. The determination of subjects in this study is based on the non-probability sampling method and has characteristics that interact with objects. The analysis was conducted by library research, field research and interviews so that the results were obtained that the MAD (Digital Asset Management) website of the Ministry of Education and Culture has a positive effectiveness and impact so as to facilitate the process of managing digital assets at the Vredeburg Fort Museum Yogyakarta.
