Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas video pembelajaran dan ketersediaan teknologi terhadap motivasi dan pemahaman materi yang dirasakan mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis SEM-PLS, penelitian ini melibatkan 96 mahasiswa yang pernah menggunakan video pembelajaran. Hasil validasi instrumen menunjukkan reliabilitas dan validitas yang baik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas teknologi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas video dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa, sedangkan kualitas video berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi dan pemahaman materi. Implikasi penelitian ini mendukung pentingnya kualitas video dan teknologi dalam meningkatkan pengalaman belajar mahasiswa di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Hasilnya juga dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan teknologi pendidikan yang lebih baik.

 

This study aims to analyze the impact of video quality and technology availability on student motivation and perceived understanding of course material in higher education. Employing a quantitative approach with SEM-PLS analysis, the research involved 96 students who had utilized instructional videos. Instrument validation results demonstrated good reliability and validity. Findings indicated that technology quality significantly and positively influences both video quality and student learning motivation. Additionally, video quality has a significant positive impact on both motivation and perceived understanding. The implications of this study underscore the importance of video quality and technology in enhancing the learning experience for students in higher education. The results also serve as a foundation for the development of improved educational technology.
