Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja organisasi yang dimediasi oleh modal intelektual dan inovasi pada Bank Syariah Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 190 responden dengan menggunakan metode penarikan sampel purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang berkerja di Bank Syariah Indonesia, dan berdomisili di Jakarta. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan metode structural equation model (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS. Hasil penelitian juga mendapatkan bahwa transformational leadership dan transactional leadership tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap organizational performance, tetapi akan berpengaruh signifikan apabila dimediasi oleh innovation. Hasil penelitian juga mendapatkan bahwa transactional leadership dan transformational leadership berpengaruh langsung positif signifikan terhadap intellectual capital dan innovation. Selain itu terdapat pengaruh langsung positif signifikan innovation terhadap organizational performance. Implikasi bagi manajemen perusahaan adalah dengan mempertahankan Innovation dan menerapkan radical innovation yakni memperkenalkan generasi produk dan memperbaiki incremental innovation dengan meningkatkan kemampuan inovasi dari produk ataupun layanan yang sudah usang. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat juga dilakukan dengan meneliti perusahaan dan sektor usaha lainnya, serta menggabungkan variabel Innovation dan intellectual capital menjadi satu variabel moderasi.
