Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Work Stress, dan Job Burnout Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Karyawan Milenial di Surabaya. Sampel terdiri dari 106 responden dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan mempunyai karakteristik rentan usia 24-39 tahun dan minimal memiliki masa kerja selama satu tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Analisis menggunakan Structural Equating Modelling (SEM) pada Partial Least Square (PLS) dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk hardcopy. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Work Stress tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Work Stress berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job Burnout, Job Burnout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Job Burnout memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi Work Stress dan Turnover Intention.
