Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan hasil pengaruh workplace learning terhadap job satisfaction, work engagement, dan turnover intention karyawan pada industri riset di Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan software AMOS 26. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 216 karyawan pada industri riset di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan workplace learning mempengaruhi tingkat turnover intention karyawan. Akan tetapi job satisfaction bertolak belakang dengan penelitian pada umumnya dengan tidak adanya pengaruh job satisfaction terhadap turnover intention. Adapun saran untuk perusahaan untuk mengkaji kembali kegiatan belajar di tempat kerja (workplace learning) dalam mengurangi turnover intention, dan dapat menambahkan variabel lain dengan melihat faktor lain seperti yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
