Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variable indepen Employee Engagement (EE), Work Environment (WE), Work Motivation (WM) serta Job Satisfaction (JS) dengan mediasi Organizational Commitment (OC) terhadap variabel dependen Employee Performance (EP) pada perusahaan manufaktur di Batam. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, data yang dikumpulkan 212 responden yang memiliki kriteria penelitian dari yang disebarkan sebanyak 210 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang disebarkan melalui google form. Analisis menggunakan SPSS dan Smart PLS. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dari pekerja ataupun orang yang pernah bekerja pada perusahaan manufaktur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan EE, WE, WM, JS yang dimediasi OC berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap EP tetapi ada hasil yang tidak signifikan dari variabel EE terhadap OC
