Pengaruh Transformational Leadership, Transactional Leadership, Knowledge Sharing dan Job Satisfaction Terhadap Organizational Performance Pada MAN di Jakarta Barat

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan hasil pengaruh faktor transformational leadership, transactional leadership, knowledge sharing, dan job satisfaction terhadap organizational performance pada MAN di Jakarta Barat. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probabilitas sampling, pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan software AMOS22. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 201 guru atau karyawan MAN di Jakarta Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel transformational leadership dan transactional leaderhip berpengaruh positif terhadap knowledge sharing, akan tetapi transformational leadership dan transactional leaderhip tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational performance, knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction dan organizational performance, job satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational performance. Adapun saran untuk guru atau karyawan MAN Jakarta Barat dalam meningkatkan organizational performance, dan dapat menambahkan variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi organizational performance, juga untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat meneliti terhadap sekolah dalam cakupan yang luas
