Abstract


Disrupsi teknologi dan pandemic covid-19 menyebabkan organisasi mengembangkan sistem manajemen untuk mengelola sumber daya manusia pada organisasi agar lebih efektif dan efisien. E-HRM (electronic human resource management) adalah sebuah kemajuan teknologi yang dapat membantu organisasi mengelola kinerja SDM yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterikatan karyawan, budaya organisasi, kinerja karyawan terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui mediasi pengguna e-HRM. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai di PDSKU UNPATTI Kepulauan Aru dan Kabupaten Maluku Barat Daya dengan jumlah 95 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 77 responden. Analisis hasil penelitian menggunanakan  software SMARTPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh keterikatan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh kinerja karyawan terhadap kinerja organisasi serta adanya peranan e-HRM yang memediasi antara kinerja karyawan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Budaya organisasi ditemukan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam penelitian ini.
