Abstract


Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengintegrasi manajemen sumber daya manusia adaptif dalam tatanan pendidikan  mengarah pada “merdeka Belajar”  untuk berinovasi, belajar mandiri dan kreatif dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di SMK Perguruan Cikini Jakarta untuk menciptakan peluang dunia usaha dan dunia industri sebagai strategi yang berorientasi pada perubahan sistemik sekolah kejuruan yang berkelanjutan melalui proses manajemen dan kemampuan sekolah terhadap layanan pendidikan yang cepat, andal, tindakan kepemimpinan terhadap kebutuhan dan tuntutan dengan mengefektifkan pengelolaan sumber daya yang terintegrasi manajemen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengintegrasikaan perencanaan yang sesuai dengan program prakerin melalui kurikulum proses merdeka belajar, (2) mengorganisasikan program prakerin dengan menjalin kerjasama  untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kelembagaan sekolah kejuruan, (3) mengimplementasi pelaksanaan program prakerin dengan eksplorasi keberhasilan manajemen sekolah, dan (4) melakukan pengawasaan kegiatan prakerin. Penelitian kualitatif dengan metode survey, yang dijelaskan secara deskriptif, eksploratif dan kontekstual. Penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif, data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner pada guru mata pelajaran produktif  sedangkan eksploratif dan konstekstual, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mengenai pengetahuan dan pengalaman guru dalam menerapkan integrasi manajemen sekolah dan struktur tata kelola program kerja industri. Setelah data dikumpulkan, data diklasifikasikan, ditafsirkan, dan dianalisis dengan penskoran nilai. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMK Perguruan Cikini Jakarta mengintegrasikan manajemen dengan optimal berdasarkan Standar Nasional Pendidikan dan menjalin kerjasama industry sesuai dengan bidang keahlian sekolah
