KONTRIBUSI KEADILAN ORGANISASIONAL TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI UPTD PANTI SOSIAL DI SUMATERA BARAT

Abstract


Contribution ofaorganizationalajustice to jobasatisfactionaof UPTD social institution employees in West Sumatra. An organization, especially a social organization, is very important to pay attention to the social welfare of employees, in order to be able to carry out roles and functions accordingly. Employee welfare can be seen from work satisfaction. One factor that influences job satisfaction is organizational justice. This study aims to look at the contribution of organizational justice to job satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research. The study population was employees of the UPTD Social Institution in Sumatra, West Sumatra with as many as 150 employees. Sample collection uses cluster sampling techniques. The results of the research hypothesis show F = 137.69 with p = 0,000 (p <0.01) and R2 = 0.48. So it can be said that Ha is accepted. The results showed there was a contribution of organizational justice by 48% to job satisfaction among employees of the UPTD Social Institution in West Sumatra. 

Kontribusi keadilan organisasional terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai UPTD panti sosial di Sumatera Barat. Sebuah organisasi terutama organisasi sosial,sangatlah penting memperhatikan kesejahteraan sosial pegawai, agar mampu menjalankan peran dan fungsi sebagaimana mestinya. Kesejahteraan para pegawai dapat dilihat dari kepuasan kerjanya. Salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja yaitu keadilan organisasional. Penelitianaini bertujuanauntuk melihatagambaran kontribusi keadilan organisasional terhadapakepuasan kerja.Jenisapenelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai UPTD Panti Sosial diaSumateraaBarat dengan sampelasebanyak 150aorang pegawai. Pengumpulan sampel menggunakanateknik cluster sampling. Hasil hipotesis penelitian menunjukkan F= 137,69 dengan p= 0,000 (p< 0,01) dan R2= 0,48. Sehingga dapat dikatakan Ha diterima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat kontribusi keadilan organisasionalsebesar 48% terhadap kepuasan kerja pada pegawai UPTD Panti Sosial di Sumatera Barat.
