Abstract


The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning using the Discovery Learning model in Class IV SDN 20 Muara Jambu. This type of research is classroom action research. The approach used is quantitative and qualitative. The subjects of this study were teachers, and 17 fourth grade students at SDN 20 Muara Jambu. Analysis of the data obtained is analyzed using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The instruments used are lesson plans assessment sheets, teacher and student activity observation sheets, test sheets in the form of questions, and non-test sheets in the form of attitude journals and skills assessment rubrics. The conclusions of this study are: 1) The assessment of the percentage of RPP has increased from 77% in the first cycle to 93% in the second cycle. 2) Teacher aspect from 76.62% increased to 97%. 3) Student aspect from 76.62% increased to 97%. 4) Student learning outcomes have increased from the first cycle to get the percentage of completeness 58.82% increased to 82.35% in the second cycle
