Abstract

This study aimed to describe the causes and consequences of student misbehavior UNP in the library. The findings in the field shows that the deviation caused by the student in a library (1) strength of the rules / norms are binding, (2) socialization rules are not perfect, (3) lack of control of the officers, and (4) lack of social contact between users and officials. As a result of such deviations have an impact on (1) Relevance between the needs of the availability of learning resources in the library, (2) dysfunction institute for users, (3) Addition tupoksi library employees.
