Abstract

The purpose of the research to describe motivation  the childs of rubber farmers to following test Secaba Polri in Dusun Baru Desa Sumber Sari. The theory to analyzed is James S. Coleman. In this research the writer use the collected data by type study case. Informants of in this research a 30 peoples. Finding in the field point out that motivation childs of  rubber farmer to following test Secaba Polri as bellow: (a)wanna be self ,(b)  choose the interested, (c) wanna be have power. The motivation external the childs of rubber farmers on following test Secaba polri, as bellow: (a) pushed and motivation from parents (family), (b) prestige (c) Police is friend.
