HUBUNGAN MINAT BELAJAR DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA DIKLAT MMOD KELAS X DI SMK N 2 PAYAKUMBUH
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find the relationship with the student
interest in learning outcomes of subject MMOD at class X TPM SMK Negeri 2
Payakumbuh.
This type of research is quantitative Corelation. The population in this
study were students of class X Technique Machine Tools academic at year
2012/2013, amounting to 85 students in SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh. Technique of
sampling in this research using proportional sampling random totaling 46 people.
Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires research models
Likert scale with validity index of> 0,316 and reliability of 0.749. The collected
data were statistically analyzed with the aid of a computer program SPSS version
15.0 for Windows.
The results showed an association between the students' interest in
learning outcomes with a correlation coefficient count of 0,778. The better the
students' interest in learning the better the learning outcomes of students. So the
researchers suggest to teachers in particular tooling engineering training
teachers to pay more attention MMOD student interest in learning and motivate
students so that the learning outcomes of students on the MMOD training as
expected.
