PENGARUH KEAKTIFAN SISWA DALAM MENGERJAKAN TUGAS GAMBAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR GAMBAR TEKNIK MESIN KELAS X-TP SMK NEGERI 1 PADANG
Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of students’ activeness in doing
drawing assignment in the result of study drawing mechanical engineering class
X-TP SMK Negeri 1 Padang. In this study, there are two variables that influence
students’ activeness in doing drawing assignment as variable X and the learning
outcomes of mechanical engineering drawings as variable Y. that the proposed
hypothesis in this study is a significant fluency between the activity of students in
doing drawing assignment and learning outcomes of mechanical enginering
drawing class X-TP SMK Negeri 1 Padang. Type of the research that is used in
this research is Ex Post Facto research. The populations in this study are 96
students majoring in mechanical engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Padang enrolled
in the academic year 2013/2014. The samples are 49 students using the Ridwan
formula with random sampling methods. The collection of the data from
respondents was taken through a questionnaire. The collected data is then
analyzed statistically with correlation techniques and the data processing using
Excel and SPSS program (Statistic Product Service Solution) version 17.00. The
results of the analysis found that there is a positive and significant effect between
the students’ activeness in doing drawing assignment with learning outcomes of
mechanical engineering students in drawing class X-TP Mechanical Engineering
at SMK Negeri 1 Padang shown by rhitung = 0.814> = 0.282 rtabel and amount
of students’ activeness in doing drawing assignment with learning outcomes of
mechanical engineering drawing class X-TP Mechanical Engineering at SMK
Negeri 1 Padang is equal to 66.25%, while 33.75% is determined by other
factors, and the category interpretation of the correlation coefficient is very
strong. Thus, the teacher is expected to further improve the atmosphere of
activeness of the students in teaching and learning in the subject of Engineering
Drawing Machine.
