HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI SISWA MEMASUKI DUNIA KERJA TERHADAP HASIL PELAKSANAAN PRAKERIN SISWA KELAS XI JURUSAN TEKNIK MESIN DI SMK N 2 PAYAKUMBUH
Abstract
This study originated from the fact that there are still many schools value students

facilities given to the students from the school have been very good. It is caused by many
factors, including the perception of students entering the workforce. This study aims to
determine the extent to which hubunggan perceptions of students entering the workforce to
the results of the implementation of industry practices XI class students majoring in
engineering machinery at SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh. This type of research is quantitative
koresional. Samples were taken at 25% of the population by using the proportion of sampling
as many as 34 people siswa.Berdasarkan Research shows: the presence of the relationship
between the perceptions of students entering the workforce against industry practice results in
SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh, this can be seen in the correlation coefficient 0338 and can also
be seen in Table 8 in the appendix r reached 0.29. Because the r count > ppr table of 0.291,
then the presence of a significant and acceptable level of 95%. Big is 11.14%. In this show
the higher perceptions of students entering the workforce will increase the results of the
studenpt pindustry
