UPAYA PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS BELAJAR DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DENGAN PEMBERIAN LATIHAN TERBIMBING PADA MATA DIKLAT KERJA LAS DI KELAS X TEKNIK MESIN SMK NEGERI 1 PARIAMAN
Abstract
This research is aimed at improving students learning activity and
outcomes. This research was action by using assisted training in
welding training and workshop. Assisted training in welding workshop
and training refers to teaching and learning method which is created in
small gorup that students are able to do individual or group work or
assignment in mastering the materials given by the teachers. It is
expected that assisted teaching and learning activity is able to improve
students learning activity and learning outcomes. Data of the research
was collected through observation field note/records. The data was
learning outcomes obtained through direct assessment in every cyle.
This action research was condicted withir two cycles in which the
improvement could be gained two cycles. Students actively participated
that the learning aoutcomes improved. In addition, students learning
activiy was also increased after the action research was conducted.
Persuant to the outcomes of the reseach. It can be concluded that
application of could be able to improve students learning activity and
outcomes.
