Prevention Focus dan Employee Well-being pada Guru di Pondok Pesantren

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui kontribusi prevention focus pada employee well-being terhadap ustadz/ustadzah di pondok pesantren Sumatera Thawalib Parabek Bukittinggi Agam. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan  kuantitatif, dengan  metode survei dan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan total sampling, jumlah sampel dalam  penelitian ini  108 ustadz/ustadzah di pondok pesantren Sumatera Thawalib Bukittinggi Agam. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan diolah  dengan program SPSS 16.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil uji  hipotesis diketahui bahwa p = 0,025 (p < 0,05),  hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prevention focus memberikan kontribusi sebesar 4,7% terhadap  employee well-being.
