HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL SUAMI DENGAN OPTIMISME IBU MEMBERIKAN ASI EKSKLUSIF (REVIEW LITERATUR)

Abstract

Abstract : Relationship between husband’s social support and mother’s optimism in giving breastfeeding exclusive. Exclusive breastfeeding is the most important things in the growth of babies between 0-6 months of age before being given complementary foods. This is because breast milk is able to provide natural body immunity to the baby and also increases a strong psychological attachment to mother and child. One of the factors that influenced exclusion breastfeeding was social support from the mother's closest relatives. Husbands are people who are close to breastfeeding mothers, husbands play an important role in shaping the confidence of mothers who breastfeed exclusively. So that the support of the husband is very influential on the optimism of the mother in providing exclusive breastfeeding is very important. Therefore, the researcher tries to examine several studies both from outside and within the country which aim to see the relationship between husband's social support and optimism of breastfeeding mothers. This study reviewed research articles using several articles published within the last 10 years deadline. The research found that there was a relationship between husband's social support and the mother's optimism in giving breastfeeding exclusively.

Abstrak : Hubungan dukungan sosial suami dengan optimisme ibu memberikan ASI eksklusif.  Pemberian asi eksklusif merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam pertumbuhan bayi antara usia 0-6 bulan sebelum diberikan MPASI. Hal ini dikarenakan ASI mampu memberikan imun tubuh alami kepada bayi dan juga meningkatkan keterikatan yang kuat terhadap psikologis ibu dan anak. Faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian ASI eksklusif adalah dukungan sosial orang terdekat ibu menyusui yaitu suami yang memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk kepercayaan diri dan optimism ibu dalam menyusui secara eksklusif. Oleh karena itu, peneliti mencoba menelaah beberapa penelitian baik dari luar maupun dalam negeri yang bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara dukungan sosial suami terhadap optimisme ibu menyusui. Penelitian ini mereview artikel penelitian  menggunakan beberapa artikel yang diterbitkan dalam batas waktu 10 tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menemukan adanya hubungan  dukungan sosial suami dengan optimisme ibu memberikan ASI secara eksklusif.
