Problem of research faced to be to be relied on fact met fiel. This research background overshadow by study of IPS which during the time still have the character of conventionally, where teacher always become study center so that take place that boring study. Baside complete standard in study of expected IPS not yet bee reached. Research taken class action (PTK). This research aim to to increase and improve, repair process learn by using method of problem solving approach qualitative and is quantitative. Pursuant to result of this research method problem solving can improve result learn IPS student
