Pengaruh Penerapan Good Governance (Gg) Dan Kemampuan Sumberdaya Manusia Terhadap Pelaksanaan Otonomi Daerah (Studi Empiris pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah di Kota Padang)

Abstract

This study aims to examine 1) the effect of the implementation of good governance exercising regional autonomy, and 2) the influence of human resource capacity for the implementation of regional autonomy in the administration of Padang.This study is classified as a type of research that is causative. The population in this study is the accounting staff at all Regional Working Units (SKPD) Padang. This study uses a sampling technique is simple random sampling, using the formula Slovin. The importance of the respondents were 63 respondents. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents directly concerned. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression with the help of Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS).Conclusion The study shows: 1) the application of good governance has a positive significant effect on the implementation of the regional otonimi t count> t table is 2.282> 2.001 (sig 0.005 <α 0.05) which means that H1 is accepted, and 2) the ability of human resources has a positive significant effect the implementation of regional autonomy t count> t table is 6.408> 2.001 (sig 0.001> α 0.05) which means that H2 is accepted.Suggestions in this study were: 1) For government agencies should conduct a review of the principles of good governance and human resource capacity in the implementation of regional autonomy for the implementation of regional autonomy can be done with the better. 2) further research can be done to change variables to find other variables that strongly affected the implementation of regional autonomy, can be accompanied by a qualitative research study sample and turnover, as well as be a change in the selection of alternative answers on a questionnaire study.
