Abstract
Brushless DC (BLDC) motors are commonly used to power electric cars since they are so efficient. This motor, on the other hand, often has problems like fluctuating current and torque ripple. It can utilize both the hysteresis current control system and the freewheeling magnetization method to fix this problem. The goal of this method is to keep the current within the reference range while slowly raising and reducing it to avoid spikes. Simulations were utilized to verify the effectiveness of the proposed system. The results show that the proposed technique worked to keep the flow consisten. The motor operates more smoothly due to improved current. This method could really help electric cars run better.
