Abstract
Bisnis laundry adalah salah satu jenis usaha yang berfokus pada layanan mencuci dan menyetrika pakaian. Tingginya permintaan dari pelanggan untuk layanan mencuci membuat usaha laundry menerima banyak transaksi setiap hari. Oasis Laundry adalah usaha jasa laundry yang menawarkan layanan-layanan seperti cuci kiloan, cuci komplit, cuci express, setrika saja dan cuci satuan kepada pelanggan. Pengelolaan pesanan di Oasis Laundry saat ini belum optimal karena masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Di sisi lain, masih terdapat kekurangan dalam pelayanan terhadap pelanggan, seperti tidak tersedianya informasi mengenai status pesanan laundry. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, dibutuhkan sistem yang terkomputerisasi melalui aplikasi berbasis website guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam pengelolaan bisnis laundry. Dalam membangun perangkat lunak ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Metode ini dipilih karena memiliki proses yang urut dan sistematis dalam membangun perangkat lunak. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi laundry berbasis web ini, pengelolaan data transaksi dapat dilakukan dengan lebih efisien dan efektif.

Laundry business is one type of enterprise that focuses on providing laundry and ironing service. The high demand from customer for laundry service results in the business handling numerous transactions every day. Oasis Laundry is a laundry service business that offers various services such as bulk washing, complete washing, express washing, ironing only, and individual washing to its customers. The order management at Oasis Laundry is currently not optimal as it is still done conventionally. On the other hand, there are shortcomings in customer service, such as the lack of information about the status of laundry orders. To address this, a computerized system through a web-based application is needed to improve efficiency and effectiveness in managing the laundry business. The waterfall method is chosen as the approach to building this software. This method is selected because it has a sequential and systematic process in developing software. With the use of this web-based laundry application, transaction data management can be carried out more efficiently and effectively.
