Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi pembelajaran mobile mata pelajaran Teknologi Jaringan WAN dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman dart dan framework flutter. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK N 1 Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode 2DE (Define, Develop, dan Evaluate) yang merupakan bagian dari pengembangan IDI (Instructional Development Institute). Tahap Define mengacu kepada penentuan Kompetensi Dasar dan silabus. Tahap Develop mengacu kepada pengembangan media aplikasi yang didalamnya terdapat desain asset, layout, animasi dan coding. Sedangkan tahap evaluate mengacu kepada uji validitas. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Uji validitas oleh ahli materi yaitu dosen mendapatkan skor persentase 90% dan ahli materi yaitu guru yang mendapatkan skor presentase 92%. Berdasarkan penelitian oleh ahli materi, ahli media dan guru mata pelajaran Teknologi Jaringan WAN, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi pembelajaran mobile sangat layak digunakan pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Jaringan WAN di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK).

This study aims to develop mobile learning applications for WAN Network Technology subjects using the dart programming language and flutter framework. The location of this study was conducted by SMK N 1 Bukittinggi. This research uses the 2DE (Define, Develop, and Evaluate) method which is part of the development of IDI (Instructional Development Institute). The Define stage refers to the determination of Basic Competencies and the syllabus. The Develop stage refers to the development of application media in which there are asset designs, layouts, animations, and coding. While the evaluation stage refers to the validity test. The result of this study is a validity test by material experts, namely lecturers get a percentage score of 90%, and material experts, namely teachers, who get a percentage score of 92%. Based on research by material experts, media experts, and teachers of WAN Network Technology subjects, it can be concluded that mobile learning applications are very feasible to be used in WAN Network Technology subjects in Vocational High Schools (SMK).
