Problems are often found in education, especially embroidery is poor learning outcomes and student work. The purpose of this study to determine how learning strategies embroidery class XI in SMK N 8 Padang. The theory used in this study is consistent with theories delivery of content strategy, organization and management of learning. This research is a qualitative research method description. Data obtained on delivery strategy learning materials, learning organization, learning and management in the data exposure was done by teachers and students. Based on data analysis, and data validity checker, strategy presentation, organizing strategies and learning management strategies have been implemented by the teacher, but not maximized so that the learning outcomes and student work was not optimal
