Abstract: Factors associated with academic cheating on students. This study aims to describe the factors associated with academic dishonesty that academic self-efficacy, self-control, sex and academic achievement. The method used is quantitative correlational. Results of the data analysis of this study showed that self-control, academic self-efficacy and academic achievement together have 10% of the role of academic dishonesty behavior. Academic dishonesty has a significant negative correlation with academic self-efficacy (r = -0.295, p = 0.000 <p 0.005), academic achievement has a negative correlation with academic cheating (r = -0.151, p = 0.042 <p 0.005) and self-control look does not have a significant relationship with academic cheating behavior (r = 0.124, p = 0.079> p0,05).

Abstrak: Faktor-faktor yang terkait dengan kecurangan akademik pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kecurangan akademik yaitu efikasi diri akademik, kontrol diri, jenis kelamin dan prestasi akademik. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kontrol diri, efikasi diri akademik, dan prestasi akademik secara bersama-sama memiliki peran sebesar 10 % terhadap perilaku kecurangan akademik. Kecurangan akademik memiliki korelasi negative yang signifikan dengan efikasi diri akademik (r = -0,295, p =0,000< p 0,005), prestasi akademik memiliki korelasi negative dengan kecurangan akademik ( r = -0,151, p= 0,042 < p 0,005) dan kontrol diri terlihat tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan perilaku kecurangan akademik (r =0,124, p =0,079 >p0,05).
