Abstract

ABSTRACT: The relationship between perceptions of financial reward with work commitments inatletes. This research measure relationship perception of financial reward with a work commitment of athletes. Population in this study are all of the athletes, and the sample in this study are the athletes who represent the 23 sports that 63 people used proportional random sampling method. Data collecting tool using perception of Financial Reward scale and work Commitment scale. This research got correlation coefitiens r_xy = 0,286 and p = 0.023 (p < 0.05). It’s means there is a relationship between perception of Financial Reward With a work Commitment of athletes in Kerinci Regency.

ABSTRAK: Hubungan antara persepsi terhadap financial reward dengan komitmen kerja pada atlet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara perpepsi terhadap Financial Reward dengan komitmen kerja pada atlet. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua atlet dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet yang mewakili 23 bidang olahraga dengan menggunakan metode sampling proporsional random sebanyak 63 orang. Alat pengumpul datanya menggunakan skala persepsi terhadap Financial Reward dan skala komitmen kerja. Penelitian ini mendapatkan koefisien kolerasi r_xy=0.286 dan p = 0.023(p < 0.05). Hal tersebut berarti terdapat hubungan antara persepsi terhadap Financial reward dengan komitmen kerja pada atlet di Kabupaten Kerinci.
