Abstract

Abstract. Relationship with family social support facing retirement readiness on civil servants (PNS). This research is a correlatinal research that purposed to know the relationship between family social support with retirement readiness on civil servants. The study population was 92 people. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling and total sample of 70 people. Data collection using Interpersonal Support Evaluation List (ISEL) which in adaptation to the scale of family social support and scale retirement readiness. Data obtained with product moment analysi. Based on the analysis of data obtained by the value of r_xy = 0.413, thus conclude there is a significant relationship between family social support with retirement readiness on civil servants.

Abstrak. Hubungan dukungan sosial keluarga dengan kesiapan menghadapi pensiun pada pegawai negeri sipil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara dukungan sosial keluarga dengan kesiapan menghadapi pensiun pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS). Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 92 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling dan total sampel 70 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala dukungan sosial Interpersonal Support Evaluation List (ISEL) yang di adaptasi menjadi skala dukungan sosial keluarga dan skala kesiapan menghadapi pensiun. Data diperoleh dengan analisis product moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai r_xy= 0.413, dengan demikian disimpulkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial keluarga dengan kesiapan menghadapi pensiun pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS).
