Abstract

Abstract: Relationship perception toward leader’ sense of humor and employee’s job satisfaction PT. X. This research aimed to measure correlation between perception about leader’ sense of humor and employee’s job satisfaction in PT X. Population in this research are all employees in PT X, 30 peoples and also used as samples. Data were collected by using perception about leader’ sense of humor scale and job satisfaction scale. This research got correlation rxy = 0.506 and p = 0.004 (p < 0.01). This is indicate that there is a correlation between perception about leader’ sense of humor and employee’s job satisfaction in PT X.

Abstrak: Hubungan persepsi terhadap sense of humor pimpinan dan kepuasan kerja karyawan PT X. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur hubungan antara persepsi terhadap sense of humor pimpinan dan kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT X. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT X yang berjumlah 30 orang dan juga digunakan sebagai sampel. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala persepsi terhadap sense of humor pimpinan dan skala kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan koefisien korelasi rxy sebesar 0,506 dan p = 0,004 (p < 0,01). Hal ini membuktikan terdapat hubungan antara persepsi terhadap sense of humor pimpinan dan kepuasan kerja karyawan PT X.
