Abstract
This study aims to understand the strategies for achieving work-life balance in mothers with children under five who are e-commerce entrepreneurs. This study uses a qualitative approach to phenomenology. This research involved five young mothers in e-commerce businesses obtained through the snowball technique. Data collection techniques used semi-structured interviews and were analyzed by thematic analysis. This research revealed five themes: e-commerce business management, childcare, household affairs, marital conflict, and me-time. This research implies that cooperation with partners and having time to pause from routine for a moment is an essential key in the strategy of achieving work-life balance.
