Abstract


Penelitian ini didasari atas prestasi belajar matematika siswa di Indonesia yang masih belum memuaskan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah prestasi belajar matematika siswa dapat diprediksi melalui dukungan otonomi guru pada siswa. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 183 siswa SMP. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala dukungan otonomi guru dan nilai ujian semester pelajaran matematika siswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa dukungan otonomi guru berhubungan dengan prestasi belajar matematika dengan korelasi sebesar 0,241 (p=0,002, p<0,01). Dukungan otonomi guru memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 5,1% terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa.Prestasi belajar matematika, dukungan otonomi guru
