Abstract


Mahasiswa berada pada masa pra-dewasa yang menuntut kemandirian dalam mengambil keputusan penting dalam kehidupan. Mahasiswa yang sedang menempuh Strata-1 dalam mempersiapkan pilihan karir masa depan dapat mengalami kebimbangan karir. Kebimbangan karir merupakan kondisi dimana individu tidak mampu memutuskan jenis karir yang sesuai dengan dirinya. Proses pengambilan keputusan karir dapat dipengaruhi banyak faktor namun individu dapat memilih karir masa depan berdasarkan keinginan dari dalam diri yang disebut otonomi dalam pengambilan keputusan karir. Penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan otonomi dalam pengambilan keputusan karir terhadap kebimbangan karir mahasiswa Strata-1 di Kota Padang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa Strata-1 (N= 242) dari beberapa universitas di kota Padang.
