Analisis Proksimat dan Kandungan Mineral Daging Buah Nipah Pasir Jambak, Padang
Abstract
The mineral and nutrient content of many plants is reported to vary depending on generic background, location, and environmental conditions. In this article, an analysis of proximate and mineral elements has been carried out in nipa fruit flesh collected from Pasir Jambak Beach, Village Pasir Nan Tigo, District Koto Tangah, Padang City. The proximate composition of young nipa fruit flesh shows percentages including water content (59.346%), ash content (1.012%), crude fat content (0.202%), fiber content (0.096%), protein content (0.559%), and total carbohydrates. fill. (53.954%). Elemental analysis of nipa fruit flesh shows the presence of various minerals, including the elements K (31.669%), Ca (31.196%) and P (22.429%); trace elements, Fe (0.384%), Cl (7.953%), Mn (0.650%). The results validate the potential use of nipa fruit flesh as a plant with valuable nutritional content.
